While your subscription is active and in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to:

• Use the Deliverables solely on the domain(s) or platform(s) for which they were created;

• Modify the text and images contained within the Deliverables; and

• Use the Deliverables for your internal business purposes only, in accordance with any usage limits set out in your service agreement or invoice.

If you wish to obtain a perpetual, buy-out license, please notify us and, upon our approval and receipt of the applicable one-time fee, we will convert your license to a perpetual, non-expired, non-transferable license under these same terms (except as otherwise agreed in writing).

Except for the text and image modifications expressly permitted above, you agree not to, without our prior written consent:

a. Copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any other aspect of the Deliverables;
